Tucker Beim

Through 20 years of commercial real estate experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, Path Ventures founder and managing principal Tucker Beim has participated in over 7 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion. Tucker founded Path Ventures in 2022 leveraging his deep local knowledge and insight to invest in long term, value based opportunities that balance connectivity and sustainability with economic returns. Having spent 20 years brokering investment sales throughout the Peninsula and Silicon Valley, Tucker is intentionally focused on the local commercial real estate market. As an Executive Director with Cushman Wakefield, Tucker developed entrenched relationships with clients and the real estate community based on his reputation for insight and integrity. He is passionate about the connection that thoughtful and well-designed commercial spaces bring to a local community and the importance of face-to-face interactions to drive innovation and fuel economic growth. Tucker attended Menlo School in Atherton, the University of Alicante, Spain and holds a BA in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
