Nevin Spieker founded Spieker Investments in 2008. He is involved in all facets of its business with particular emphasis on construction management, acquisitions, and asset management. Nevin began his career with Cushman Realty Corporation in 1996. Following his tenure with Cushman Realty, he interned with Goldman Sachs Real Estate Department, where he was involved with public debt and equity financing for Real Estate Investment Trusts. In 2001, Mr. Spieker co-founded Spieker Stratmore Commercial, a tenant representation brokerage firm based in San Jose.
Nevin attended Menlo School in Atherton and holds a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in Menlo Park with his wife and four children.
Tucker Beim joined Spieker Investments in 2024. He is involved in all facets of its business with particular emphasis on capital partner relations, acquisitions, and asset management. Tucker spent 20 years brokering investment sales throughout the Peninsula and Silicon Valley as an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield. He developed entrenched relationships with his clients and the real estate community based on his reputation for insight and integrity.
Tucker attended Menlo School in Atherton, the University of Alicante, Spain and holds a BA in Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in Menlo Park with his wife and two daughters.
